pears and ginger tiramisu

Tiramisù alle pere e zenzero

This is my tiramisu revisited, specially created to appeal Marymoon (or should I say Merimù which also rhyme). You do not see well because the layers, right click and redeems the photo, the cream is a little casting. I hope you forgive. It 'a simply disgraceful. For tegliettina need: 14 soft ladyfingers, 5 Pear Medium size, 50 grams of honey, a piece of ginger, 1 egg and 2 egg yolks, 6 tablespoons of sugar, 250 grams of mascarpone, marsala.

clean the pears and cut into pieces, cook them with honey and grated ginger in a saucepan with the lid (about 10 minutes), turn off and cool. Prepare the whipped cream and egg yolks with sugar when they are white and foamy, add the mascarpone and mix well. Wet the sponge in the marsala and place the bottom of the pan, add a layer of cream, then the pears well-drained, another layer of ladyfingers drenched, another layer of cream. Store in refrigerator.

I take this opportunity to thank Veronica for having awarded the Excellent! Thank you! This award makes me feel guilty about twice as much because I'm neglecting my blog-friends and I am really ashamed.
